Assistant F&B Manager
Front and Back of the House Food & Beverage
We are currently seeking an Assistant F&B Manager under the Front and Back of House, Food & Beverage department. The Assistant Manager is charged with leading both Front and Back of House, Food & Beverage operations at The Golf Club at Devils Tower. Ensure that the day-to-day operation of the Food & Beverage team is executed in a manner that meets The Golf Club at Devils Tower standards and exceeds the expectations of our members and their guests. To be successful in this position, one must not only be able to implement standard operating procedures, but make sure they are continuously being followed by all team members.
The Assistant Manager ensures maximum customer service and satisfaction by leading the Front and Back of the House staff in the production of quality food and beverage services. In addition, would manage and oversee the daily operations of all the food and beverage outlets by monitoring, analyzing, cooking, and controlling the sales and offerings. The Assistant Manager executes all the objectives to the strategic plan of the Food & Beverage Department by implementing the directions provided by the Food and Beverage Manager and supports the Manager in developing goals and objectives for future expansion in our new club house.
Front of the House Food & Beverage

We are currently seeking Servers under the Food & Beverage (F&B) department. Servers are responsible for providing food and beverage service to our Members and guests with a focus on excellence, consistency, and the Member/guest experience. All duties of the position shall be performed with a commitment to the highest level of Member and guest service with a focus on total customer satisfaction.
Servers are provide the following: Taking and serving orders, including answering questions pertaining to the menus; Relaying any special dietary restrictions and special requests; Working in collaboration with other teammates to deliver member and guests expectations; Maintaining a clean, organized dining room and work station; Performing opening and closing duties as assigned by leadership; and maintain table settings, cleanliness, and service throughout the course of the meal.
Qualifications that candidates must have:
- High school diploma, GED or vocational training or job-related course work
- 18-21 years of age, per Wyoming State law
- Experience in serving preferred but we will train
- Be flexible and able to work weekends and holidays (these are our busiest times)
- Excellent grooming standards
The positions offered range from seasonal, part-time to seasonal, full-time. All positions are located in Hulett, WY. Outside Operations has a very large influence on the overall Member/Guest experience. Prompt courteous service and anticipating needs of the Member/Guest are essential and expected. Outside Operation personnel will report directly to the Assistant Professional and General Manager.
Provide each member/guest with personal attention and friendly service upon arrival and departure. Additional areas of responsibility include, cart staging, practice facility, on course service, and post round greeting.
