From start to finish, each twist and turn of The Club’s 18-hole course presents a new challenge and astounding beauty. Designed by Phelps-Atkinson Golf Course Design, The Club at Devils Tower features championship-level golf with the visual mystery of Wyoming’s natural landscape.

Phelps-Atkinson Golf Course Design

Created in 2006, Phelps-Atkinson is a partnership uniting long time Senior Designers Rick Phelps and Kevin Atkinson. Dick Phelps, Principal of Phelps Golf Course Design is still very active in this new organization and was a key component in the early stages of expansion at The Golf Club at Devils Tower.

The combined experience within Phelps-Atkinson totals over 70 years with over 330 golf projects throughout the United States, Canada and Mexico. Phelps-Atkinson Golf Course Design's portfolio includes five courses recognized by Golf Digest as best new or renovated golf courses in the country, including a #2 course on the 2002 "best new" list.

Along with the national recognition, Phelps-Atkinson has received regional acclaim with 17 courses in six different states ranked among the top courses in their respective categories and states. In addition, the firm recently opened the best new course in the state of Texas in 2005. The current staff credits include four courses in four different states that have hosted an LPGA tour event or a Sr. PGA tour event.
