Design Guidelines
The intent of the Devils Tower Golf Community Design Guideline is to provide a viable framework which individual builders, homeowners and architects can draw from to create homes befitting our architectural fabric.
These guidelines form a conceptual model based upon proven architectural and planning precedents aimed at providing a living environment which will only improve with age. It is this “improving with age” that is the goal of the development team at the Devils Tower Golf Community.
The design review board has been established by the developer and is empowered legally by the formal Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions of the Devils Tower Golf Community Association. The board reviews and approves all building and landscape plans associated with residential construction that benefit each Devils Tower Golf Community property owner. For our homeowners, this careful attention ensures that property values in the Devils Tower Golf Community will be maintained.
